WE HAVE "NEW HIRES" WHEN DO THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED?

o Integrating our OSHA & HIPAA “Tier 2” Membership courses as a part of your onboarding process would give full access to our courses for up to 100 employees, thereby fulfilling the “initial” training requirement for new hires
WHAT INFORMATION WILL THE ADMINISTRATOR BE ABLE TO ACCESS?
Ñ A manager/designee who is assigned the role can log-in and:
o View the employees name and email address
o View the employees progress in the courses
o Export progress reports for your records and
DOES THE ADMINISTRATOR/DESIGNEE HAVE TO BE "ASSIGNED" A ROLE?
Ñ No, if the administrator chooses not to be "assigned" as the administrator, Biomed can keep track of progress, send weekly, monthly or quarterly progress reports for a one-time fee
WHAT IS THE PROCESS ONCE MEMBERSHIP IS PURCHASED?
Ñ Once the membership is purchased, you will need to email the names, email addresses and job titles of all employees or new hires (excel template) and we will:
o Enroll your employees in the course
o Email a link to each employee
o Keep track of how many links have been assigned
o Provide access link for Manager or other designee
o Provide a weekly, monthly or quarterly employee progress report as necessary
The report will include:

* Employees name
* Email address
* Employee's progress in the assigned courses (% viewed, % completion)
