FAQ

What is the process for completing the manuals?

• Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with a questionnaire 
• Complete and return the questionnaire or schedule an appointment to receive assistance to complete the questionnaire (Time will vary depending on the size of the facility)
• Once Biomed has receive your completed questionnaire, we will begin to develop your personalized manual 
• Manuals are mailed within 7-14 days
• An email will be sent requesting a date and time for a phone session 
• Schedule a phone session with the administrator or designated personnel to highlight and discuss key areas of the manual and answer questions (between 15 minutes - 1 hour depending on the size of the facility)

We have had our manuals for 12 years, do they need to be updated?           

You should UPDATE your Plan:

• If your manual is over 10 years old
• When rules and regulations change
• If you change your address
  
• If you change your business name
