Our membership subscription is for employers who wish to purchase our training in bulk and at a discount. It affords not only the ability to fulfil the training requirement, but it also relieves the stress for administrators who need to keep track of training dates for employees.
In order to fulfil OSHA, DOH & HIPAA’s training requirements existing employees MUST be trained annually, and new hires MUST be trained "prior" to beginning their job duties. By purchasing one of our membership packages you avoid hefty penalties by having employees trained on time and consistently by always having full access to our online training courses.

OSHA and Florida Department of Health requires new hires to have "initial" training prior to the commencement of duties, HIPAA requires employees to be trained "within a reasonable time" once they have joined the workforce. Once the membership is purchased, a link will be provided to a manager or designee who would be assigned the role where they can log-in:
· View the employees name and email address
· View the employees progress in the courses (% viewed, % completion)
· Export progress reports for your records and
· Receive access to trainings via a share link
EMPLOYEES will be able to:
Access training anywhere, anytime, stop and start where they left off
Receive a weekly reminder if training is not completed
Download their completion certificate(s)
DOES THE ADMINISTRATOR/DESIGNEE HAVE TO BE "ASSIGNED" A ROLE?
No, if you choose not to be assigned the role Biomed can control who has access to the links.
Once the membership is purchased, you will need to email the name of employees and new hires (excel template) and we will:
- enroll your employees in the course
- email a link to each employee
- keep track of how many link has been assigned
- provide a weekly, monthly or quarterly employee progress report as necessary
The report will include:
- Course name
- Facility name
- Employees name
- Email address
- Employee's progress in the assigned courses (% viewed, % completion)
