FAQ
What is the process for completing the manuals?
- Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with a questionnaire
- Complete and return the questionnaire or schedule an appointment to receive assistance to complete the questionnaire (Time will vary depending on the size of the facility)
- Once Biomed has receive your completed questionnaire, we will begin to develop your personalized manual
- Manuals are mailed within 7-14 days
- An email will be sent requesting a date and time for a phone session
- Schedule a phone session with the administrator or designated personnel to highlight and discuss key areas of the manual and answer questions (between 15 minutes - 1 hour depending on the size of the facility)
We have had our manuals for 12 years, do they need to be updated?
You should UPDATE your Plan:
- If your manual is over 10 years old
- When rules and regulations change
- If you change your address
- If you change your business name

- DOH (Department of Health) Manual (including Written Operating Plan and customized forms)
- OSHA Manual (including Exposure Control Plan, Hazard Communication Plan and Fire & Emergency Action Plan (including customizable forms)
