What is the process for completing the manuals?
- You will need to complete and return the questionnaire or schedule an appointment to receive assistance to complete the questionnaire (Time varies depending on the size of the facility)
- Develop your manual - this may take approximately 1-7 days after Biomed receives the completed questionnaire
- Manuals are delivered and key areas of the manuals are highlighted and discussed with the administrator or designated personnel
- Schedule a phone session with the administrator or designated personnel to highlight and discuss key areas of the manual
We have had our manuals for 12 years, do they need to be updated?
You should UPDATE your Plan:
- If your manual is over 10 years old
- When rules and regulations change
- If you have new employees
- If you change your address
- If you change your business name
