OSHA requires that employees with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens MUST receive training prior to the commencement of duties and annually thereafter.

HIPAA requires workforce training for any entity that handles protected health information in any form including healthcare facilities such as physicians offices, dental offices, pharmacies, home health agencies, hospitals etc.

HIPAA requires that new hires are trained "within a reasonable period of time" (interpreted as the first few days or weeks of hire) and then "periodically" (interpreted as annually)

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. At the end of each course you will be prompted to download and print your certificate to document fulfilment of the training requirement

Will I be able to pick-up where I left off or do I have to start the course from the beginning?

You will be able to continue where you left off; stop and start at anytime. However, you are required to complete each chapter before moving on to the next chapter

Is there a quiz?

Yes. There is a quiz after each chapter. We want to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the course content

How quickly will I receive the link for the training?

Immediately. Once the payment is processed, a link to the training is immediately sent to the email provided at the time of the purchase and the purchaser can begin the course at anytime.
If you are purchasing more than 2 course links - an email for the links will be sent within 1-4 hours after purchase

What is the process if I purchase 3 or more links?

Once you have purchased the online training course and the payment is processed, a link to the training is immediately sent to the email provided at the time of the purchase and that person can begin the course at anytime

Once this information is received, all employees will receive a link within 1-4 hours and are enrolled in the course(s) - they can begin at anytime

Work at their own learning pace
Save where they left off and resume the course until it is completed
Complete each chapter and quiz in sequence prior to moving on to the next chapter
Retake the quiz and review previous lessons
Receive a weekly reminder if the course has not been completed within the specified time
